Credit Card - All Countries

Use your credit card to purchase Complete School securely in under two minutes. Just click the appropriate button above (also shown at right) to start your transaction. It will take you to a secure PayPal transaction page. You do not need to sign up or have a PayPal account to pay this way. This is the only payment method available to customers living outside of Australia.

The downloadable ebooks and videos are also purchased using your credit card, through the online retailer Clickbank. Just click on the link next to the product you want to purchase above. This will take you to a page telling you about the downloadable version of the product. To purchase it, just click the "Click HERE To Purchase" button on that page. The button type is shown at the right as well.

Australian customers can also pay by direct bank deposit. The order is shipped to you once the the funds have cleared in my account.

Shipping Information

I ship my products within Australia using Australia Post. Products are wrapped in protective bubblewrap. If your letterbox is not large enough the postie may leave a note informing you that there is a package available for collection at the local post office. Same goes for postal box addresses.

International orders are shipped using Australia Post's international shipping services.

Shipping Costs

The flat rate for shipping of Complete School within Australia is $9.95 per package.

The flat rate for shipping Not a C Minus within Australia is $5.95 per book.

Shipping costs to locations outside of Australia vary. You can preview the total cost of your order in your currency by clicking one the "Buy Now" buttons above.

You of course pay no shipping charges on downloadable ebooks.

Shipping Time

Products are shipped from Brisbane, so generally the closer you are to Brisbane the more quickly it will arrive. Note that if you purchase the ebook version you get instant access. Typical shipping times are:

Within Brisbane: 1 to 2 business days
Within Queensland: 1 to 3 business days
Eastern capitals: 2 business days
Eastern regions: 2 to 4 business days
Other capital cities: 2 to 7 business days
Rural areas: 2 - 7 business days

If you are in desperate need of a product faster than this, contact us and we can arrange some form of express delivery. Please note these are delivery transit times only, and do not include the time for your payment to clear, or processing time.

International shipping times are a little more variable, however these are the times for the US and the UK:

US: 5 to 10 working days
UK 5 to 12 working days

Download products are purchased through Clickbank, one of the world's largest online retailers. You make your order, arrange payment by credit card, and then gain instant access to the download files.
